  • Print Advertising. This includes newspapers and home magazines. Dead and gone. Again, why would a home buyer grab one of those magazines if they can just go on the internet and see all home that are for sale?
  • Multiple Listing Service. Absolutely. A very important part of selling a home. BUT… There are over 14,000 residential listings in the Portland Metro Area1.  How is your agent going to make your home stand out?

I affectionately call the marketing plan of most real estate agents the Oregon 3-step:
